Ruthless Lions run riot in Adelaide

After a relatively even quarter and a half, the visitors put the foot down in the second en route to a mammoth 79-point victory. It’s Brisbane’s third win in-a-row who continue to surge towards the top eight after a slow start to the 2024 campaign. 

Port Adelaide were outclassed in almost every facet of the game, having less disposals (-45), inside 50’s (-25), clearances (-15), contested possessions (-40), marks (-28), and scoring shots (-14). 

An absolute demolition. 

Eric Hipwood (5 goals) and Joe Daniher (3) made light work of the Power defence, while Lachie Neale (37 disposals), Josh Dunkley (32), and Oscar McInerney (18) got on top in the engine room.
